Nicanor Sabula re-appointed Kenya Association of Travel Agents CEO


NAIROBI, Kenya Nov 29- Nicanor Sabula has been re-appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kenya Association of Travel Agents (KATA) after exiting the association in 2020.

Sabula, who previously served as CEO from 2015 to 2019, takes over from Agnes Mucuha.

With vast leadership in national and international trade associations, he will be instrumental in driving KATA’s ambitious strategic objectives, including expanding its membership countrywide and enhancing the value proposition for members.

His leadership will also strengthen the association advocacy role and help in building a sustainable financial base.

“We are excited to welcome Nicanor back as our new CEO. He is the right fit for our organization, especially at this time when the travel industry is experiencing rapid growth post the COVID pandemic,” stated Joseph Kithitu, KATA Chairman.
